BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS PIZZA
4 oz. shredded mozzarella
3 oz. bacon
2 oz. red & green peppers
2 oz. caramelized onion
4 oz. whisked egg
4 dollops sausage gravy
1) Place mozzarella on stretched out dough.
2) Add bacon, peppers, and onion as toppings.
3) Pour whisked egg on top of ingredients.
4) Dollop with sausage gravy and cook to perfection
5) Garnish with green onion
