Mother's Day Treats with Honeybaked Ham
Asparagus Tart
Preheat oven to 450º. In a medium frying pan over medium high heat, sauté for about 1 minute:
1 tablespoon butter
1 shallot finely chopped
Add and cook until crisp tender (about 5 minutes):
1 bunch trimmed Asparagus (about 1 pound) cut into 1 inch pieces
Set aside. Open and roll out on a lightly floured piece of parchment to approx. a 10 x16 rectangle:
1 sheet puff pastry dough.
Transfer both to a baking sheet. Pat into its surface, leaving a 1 inch border edge:
1/2 pound chevre cheese.
Sprinkle it with:
the prepared shallots and asparagus
2 tablespoons sliced sundried tomatoes packed in oil
3/4 cup diced HoneyBaked Ham
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Brush the edge of the tart with :
1 egg yolk mixed with 1/2 teaspoon water.
Bake until golden brown and pastry is puffy, about 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve.

Fancy Mac & Cheese
In a large pot of salted water cook according to directions:
1 pound large elbow macaroni
Drain, return to pot and add to coat:
2 tablespoons butter
Meanwhile, in a heavy large skillet melt and sauté until limp (about 4 minutes):
3 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, chopped
Add and sauté an additional 5 minutes:
3/4 cup chopped frozen mustard greens
Add and continue to cook for about 4 minutes:
1 10-ounce package frozen corn and red pepper mix, thawed
When veggies are cooked add to large skillet:
1 cup diced HoneyBaked Ham
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Bring to a boil then add and stir to melt:
2 1/2 cups grated sharp white Cheddar cheese (about 9 ounces)
Pour entire mixture over buttered noodles and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl.

HoneyBaked Ham & Turkey Skewer Sliders on King’s Hawaiian Rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Using skewers, assemble your slider rolls with HoneyBaked Ham and Turkey, cheddar cheese, and HoneyBaked Hickory Honey Mustard.
Separate each slider on a skewer with a cherry tomato.
Wrap skewers in aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes (or until cheese is melted). Enjoy!
