(WJBK) - Vinsetta Garage has several items on the menu that are perfect for vegetarians and vegans. Since Vinsetta Garage is primarily a burger joint, though, they knew they had to have a killer veggie burger, too.
Chef Vince Baker from Union Joints joined us on The Nine to show us how it's done. The veggie burger is even topped with "bacon" -- thinly sliced shiitake mushrooms. Chef Vince says "if you put 'em with the right stuff, it almost tastes like bacon."

The key is a perfectly thin slice, so they don't have to cook too long and will still come out crisp.
