Winter Solstice yoga event at The Jam Handy

(WJBK) - The winter solstice is the shortest day of the year. Then, starting this Thursday, each day will be a little bit lighter for a little bit longer.

Yoga teachers Ceila and Kate are here to tell us about their yoga and meditation event to mark the Winter Solstice. It's Thursday, Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. at The Jam Handy in Detroit. You can hear more from them about the event in the video player above.
