19-year-old in custody after Snapchat threat promps Clawson lockdown

CLAWSON, Mich. (FOX 2) - A 19-year-old male is in custody after a threat on social media prompted a lockdown at Clawson High School Wedneday.
Clawson police say the school received a threat on Snapchat. The threat was written by a current student who was not currently at school. Police say the threat indicated the student would come to the school with a gun.
School officials immediately issued a lockdown and contacted police. Police were able to identify the student and make contact with him in Auburn Hills, where he was taken into custody.
The case remains under investigation.
