Democratic National Committee chair resigning after convention

There are developments ahead of the start of the Democratic National Convention.

Democratic party Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz said she will step down at the end of the convention.

This follows the release of 19,000 emails from the website Wikileaks, which show strong favoritism toward Hillary Clinton and away from Bernie Sanders.

Wasserman-Schultz said she'll open and close the convention and address delegates.
