Dr. Sabrina talks keeping kids busy over spring break

It's spring break for many of us. Parents need no reminder either.

Dr. Sabrina is in the house and here to offer some tips for occupying their time.

"First, can we visit some of our museums? We have so many amazing museums and local landmarks."

If it's not going local, then engage your children in coloring. The nice calm hobby is sure to occupy the mind of any youngling buzzing off the walls. If you're up for the challenge, getting them to read isn't such a bad idea either. Heck, make them dance and get all that energy out.

Whatever the fun is, make sure to remember that "play" is important. The integral part of growing up can do wonders for children in helping them mature.
