Elder law, estate attorney explains Aretha Franklin's will situation

It's been more than nine months since we lost the Queen of Soul, now we're learning Aretha Frankin did leave a will.

She may have left as many as three handwritten versions. But it's not technically a legal will, so will it hold up in a court of law?
