Family finds more than $1 million in sunken treasure

What feels vaguely familiar to the plot of 'Fools Gold,' a Florida family has found themselves in their own treasure hunt.

They came away with a $1 million payday, no Matthew McConaughey needed.

While searching off the coast of Fort Pierce, the family stumbled on 51 gold coins, a 40-foot gold chain and a Tricentennial Royal, one of the rarest coins in existence.

While in transit from Cuba to Spain, the Spanish treasure fleet carrying this booty wrecked during a hurricane on July 30 of 1715.

Of the 11 ships that sank that day, six have been found, The five wrecks remaining are said to be hiding an estimated $400 million worth of treasure.
