March Madness: Tips for staying healthy while you watch NCAA games

If you're a basketball fan, chances are you'll be spending a lot of time on the couch during March Madness.

Doctors recommend getting up and moving every 15-20 minutes while watching. Drinking plenty of water and eating healthy is also important, especially if you plan to be inactive or are drinking alcohol.
