PETA offers reward after cat found tortured, mutilated in Troy
TROY, Mich. (WJBK) - PETA is offering a $5,000 reward for information that turns in the person who killed a family pet.
A Taylor family found the mutilated body of their cat, Zsa Zsa Maroney, last week.
She had been tortured, choked, mutilated and killed. PETA says her legs were then tied together and her body was found tied to a tree.
