Boy's parents located shortly after police release photo

RIVER ROUGE, Mich. (FOX 2) - Shortly after the River Rouge Public Safety Department put out a photo of an 8-year-old boy found in the city, his parents were located.
He had been with police since about 8 a.m. and hadn't been able to provide accurate information on who his parents or guardians were.
The boy was found on Richter Street, near West Jefferson. on Feb. 13.
