Individual or Cast-Iron Pan S'mores INGREDIENTS: • 1 tablespoon butter • 1 cup milk chocolate chips • 1 cup dark cup semi sweet • 3 cups mini marshmallows • 2 sleaves graham crackers, for serving Directions Preheat your oven to 450°. 1. On your stovetop, heat a 10-inch skillet on low. When warm, add in the butter and once melted, use a pastry brush to coat the sides and bottom of the skillet. 2. Turn off the heat, add the chocolate chips and top with the marshmallows, spreading evenly over the top of chocolate chips. 3. Bake on the middle rack of your preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until the tops of the marshmallows is golden brown. Or heat over low fire part of your outdoor grill or fire pit. 4. Serve with graham crackers *** feel free to make the smore dip in small muffin tins for a quick individual bite or smaller case iron pans. There is no mistake to be made, chocolate chips, then marshmallow and heat! 2 U Spiced Holiday Nuts • 1 large egg white • 1/4 cup organic brown sugar • ¾ tsp fine sea teaspoon • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin • ¼ tsp ground ginger • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper • ½ tsp black pepper • 3 cups assorted nuts: walnuts, pecans and almonds or your favorites Directions 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg white until soft and foamy. Combine all remaining ingredients except pecans, whisk into egg white. Stir in nuts until well coated; spread mixture in single layer onto an ungreased baking pan. 2. Bake nuts for 12- 15 minutes, stirring with metal spatula every 5 minutes and then remove from oven. 3. Reduce oven to 250 degrees and return nuts to bake until medium brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven; toss and stir again. 4. Cool and then break up any that stick together; store in an airtight container, at room temperature, until you serve or package in festive holiday tins or jars.
