The foods that help you sleep like a baby

A new study always seems to say that Americans just are not getting enough sleep and that we are just too over stimulated.

Amy Ruth Finegold joined us on The Nine with a little secret -- getting to sleep is all about what you eat. She's the author of two cookbooks, "For the Love of Oats" and "Super Grains and Seeds."
