(WJBK) - Something as simple as grasping a dumbbell can be painful for those with arthritis, old age or chronic pain. So, some YMCA locations are offering a new program called EnhanceFitness. The program helps build muscular strength with can help alleviate chronic pain. The exersice also helps to alleviate the pain of some daily activities, such as getting in and out of the car.
