J. Baldwin's 5-Alarm Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

1 ea Thin Crust Pizza Dough

1 oz Cajun Spice

1 ½  fl oz Franks RedHot ® Buffalo Sauce

½ fl oz J.Baldwins Zap® Sauce

4 oz Mozzarella Brick Cheese

1 oz Carrot

1 oz Celery

3 oz Chicken Breasts

¼ oz Gorgonzola cheese


Directions:

Press or toss dough

Add Cajun spice to the crust

In order, add…Franks® hot sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, shredded chicken

Bake off in a 450 degree oven

Garnish with celery and carrot


Baldwin's Super Buffalo Chicken Dip

Cooking time: 20
Serves: 8 cups of dip
Level: Super Easy


Ingredients:

16 oz Cream Cheese, softened

1 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Sauce or a buffalo sauce of your choice

1 cup J.Baldwins Zap® Sauce

1 cup bleu cheese or ranch dressing

4 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup crumbled bleu cheese or a shredded cheese of your choice

Garnish to your likings with finely chopped scallions


Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together

Bake off in a round casserole dish or cast iron for approximately 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated

Mikes Super Sunday Buffalo wings

Cooking time: 50
Serves: 20 Wings
Level: Easy


Ingredients:

1/3 cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Siracha
½ cup Honey
1 cup White Vinegar
2/3 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
½ cup Butter
½ cup Lemon Juice
1 Gallon of water
1cup Flour, to dust
½ cup Panko Breading
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

For 20 minutes, soak wings in water with white vinegar, lemon juice, and salt…this tenderizes your meat

Drain wings and then soak them in butter milk for another 20 min

Remove Wings from buttermilk, season with salt and pepper…then toss in flour and Panko

Pan-fry in 350 degree oil until deep golden brown and cooked thoroughly

Drain oil off and toss in combined sauce mixture

Bake on a sheet pan 7 minutes…enjoy!
