Browndog Creamery & Dessert Bar

Molten Lava Cakes:

10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 large eggs plus 6 egg yolks
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Combine butter, and chocolate in a sauce pan and slowly heat until smooth. Set to the side. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, sugar, extracts, eggs and yolks until smooth. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and combine until fully incorporated. Scoop batter into ramekins that have been buttered and sugared (about 10). Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until light cracks appear (Do not over bake). Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes. Center should still be liquid when cut into. Serve with a scoop of Browndog Triple Vanilla, Peanut Butter 2, or get creative with another unique Browndog flavor.
