Forbes says we should discuss how much money we make

(FOX 2) - How much do you make?  Of course, your boss knows.
    
But would you be willing to share that information with your co-workers?  To most of us, it's private - but there could be some benefits to making it public. 

A recent article in Forbes Magazine says that we should be talking about it. The idea is that it helps workers better understand your value and figure out how to be paid what you are worth. 

And knowing what other people in your field are getting paid, is vital to stop the gender wage gap.
