Millennials are at increased risk for strokes

Constant social media, eating fast food and not exercising are just some of the reasons Millennials are at risk for strokes.

Doctors say the lifestyle choices have led to a spike in strokes for those 18 to 34 years old in recent years. Women experience a 34 percent jump and men, a 15 percent increase.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control made those conclusions after surveying hospitals around the country. Doctors are calling it a warning sign.
