MSP warns of scammers looming after metro Detroit flooding

(FOX 2) - The flood waters may be gone, or at lease receding in many parts of Metro Detroit. But the scammers are probably out in full force.

Michigan State Police warn that there are many complaints of scammers.

Remember if anything appears to be too good to be true, it probably is.

A lot of people have been putting flood damage furniture and other items at the road, which Is then picked up by pickers who try to re-sell it.
