Schools closed, boil water alert issued for Plymouth
The city of Plymouth is under a boil water alert and several schools are now closed after several water main breaks overnight.
There were three water main breaks overnight, causing parts of the water system to lose pressure. Crews have now fixed the pressure and are working to repair the breaks.

The boil water alert is for the city of Plymouth only and does not include Plymouth Township. Bring your water to a boil, let it roll for a minute, then let it cool before using.
