Race Director Aaron Velthoven and DMC Rehabilitation Institute trainer Amy Watson stopped by to share essential training and recovery blueprints to help runners of all distances prepare safely.

Hosted by the local nonprofit Healing Choices, the charity event will raise funds for safe shelters supporting women and children in crisis. Admission is just $10.00 at the park entrance, offering Metro Detroit families a spectacular Father's Day weekend outing for an important cause.
