Joique Bell launches summer program for Detroit youth

Retired NFL running back Joique Bell is hosting a summer enrichment program for Detroit youth. The Joique Bell Charity Summer Enrichment Program runs for five weeks on the campus of Wayne State. It kicks off on June 23rd and runs through July 29th.
