Detroit Public Schools students showcase musical talents ahead of Detroit Jazz Fest
The Detroit Jazz Festival Foundation along with several student jazz bands from the city?s community district will be performing throughout the year as a lead up to the festival in September. Student musicians from: Cass Tech, Cody High, Detroit School of Arts, Edward Duke Ellington Conservatory of Music and Art, MLK JR High, Northwestern High, and Renaissance High will be among the participants.
