Metro Detroit weather: Rain fades, some sun returns for Friday

Dry daytime with more rain possible overnight

Temperatures rise a bit today as rain moves out. However, it returns to start the weekend.

DETROIT (FOX 2) - We'll shut the rain down and bring back a bit of sun today.

An isolated shower is possible by the evening out ahead of weak low pressure that drops in and brings rain late tonight and tomorrow morning. A lull will follow, but scattered showers bubble back up in the afternoon and evening. 

Mother's Day looks FANTASTIC. 

No big cool downs coming next week.
