Meatless dishes from Detroit's Republic Tavern

(WJBK) - Although Republic Tavern known for its house butchered menu items, the Detroit restaurant also offers a variety of meatless options.

One of its Sous Chefs is a vegan/vegetarian and creates dishes so tasty even meat eaters enjoy them. Chef Phoebe Zimmerman joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School on Meatless Monday to tell us more about her recipes. You can hear from her in the video player above.
