(WJBK) - In the newsroom, we deal with a lot of workplace stress just like other offices do. So, we invited in the pros to give us some tips for reducing workplace stress.
Dr. Chelsea Markus Hauswirth from Birmingham Wellness Center says one way to reduce stress is to improve our posture while sitting at our desks or, better yet, to get a standing desk. She also recommends taking a quick break by stepping outside, or doing some deep belly breathing.
