Let It Rip Weekend: Renewing SMART bus millage

Today on Let It Rip Weekend, will the wheels on the bus still go round and round? It's time for a vote to renew an operating millage for SMART buses. Opponents of the millage say so few people ride the buses, it would actually be cheaper to buy every rider a car. Are SMART buses still smart?
