Detroit residents can learn about fire prevention at a free community event next week. This event will include tips for making your home safer. 

Instructure, an educational technology company known for creating Canvas, announced they were the victim of a cybersecurity breach on May 1. Canvas is a learning management system widely used in school districts and colleges across the globe.  The attack on May 1 was resolved. However, the hacker group known as ‘ShinyHunters’ claimed to be behind the incident, putting out a list of the alleged school districts and colleges that were affected.

Round 2 of the NBA Playoffs started out with promise after the Pistons defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 111-101. "Pat was surrounded by his family. Thank you for all your support. The Caputo Family." The beloved sports columnist, radio host and FOX 2 Sports Works contributor, had admitted the prognosis was daunting, writing it is "Commonly referred to as a ‘death sentence.'"
