Espresso Martini – 8 Mile Vodka 2oz 8 Mile Vodka 2oz Espresso 3/4oz Coffee Liquor Pinch of salt 1- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add ice 2- Shake until the shaker is frosted 3- Double strain into a chilled glass 4- Top with Pumpkin Spiced Cold Foam Pumpkin spiced cold foam – 8 Mile Vodka 3 T Heavy Whipping Cream 2 T Milk 1 T Pumpkin Purée 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 teaspoon Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice 1- combine all ingredients and whip using a frother, immersion blender, or whisk to your desired thickness
