The Autism Alliance of Michigan (AAOM) thanked Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the State of Michigan for recommitting support to the statewide autism navigator program in the state budget after last year’s cuts, which AAOM says families felt through longer wait times and fewer resources. AAOM is urging the legislature to restore full funding to the prior $2.025M level so the program can return to full capacity. For more information visit: autismallianceofmichigan.org
