Chief Craig: Detroit curfew remains in effect Thursday, but will make "assessments" on protests

Following a peaceful protest Wednesday night, Chief Craig said that a citywide curfew in Detroit will be in effect Thursday. However, like the previous evening, he'll make assessments on protests as time goes on.
