Washington instead drove away, leading police on a chase. His hearing to determine if Washington's case would go to trial was postponed due to scheduling conflicts - much to his disapproval.

A Clinton Township man is facing murder charges after allegedly shooting his wife in the face over the weekend.

Witness: Gunman came out of house shooting after killing wife

Saturday night police went to the scene in the 20400 block of Stafford and they say they found their suspect firing shots and yelling. They say they told him to drop his gun and they arrested him. The suspect is expected to be arraigned Tuesday in court at which time his name will be released.

Driver hits parked St. Clair Shores' police car, investigators say alcohol was a factor

The preliminary investigation revealed that a St. Clair Shores Police Officer was blocking the right and center lane of westbound I-94 at Little Mack for a crash. A car then came up and hit the parked police car.
