One in critical condition after collision between car and bicyclist at Grosse Pointe high school Thursday

Thursday evening at Grosse Pointe South High School, two enrolled students were involved in a traffic accident. After the school's soccer team finished a game, one student was riding her bicycle when she rode into an intersection and collided with another student driving a car. While police haven't finished their investigation and have released few details, one witness tells us the car had the green light. The injured student is a 15-year-old girl, who is in critical condition.

Blackface Snapchat circulating at Grosse Pointe Schools might be spoof, says superintendent

The mother of a middle school student in the Grosse Pointe Public School System is outraged after a Snapchat post allegedly showing another student from the school system in blackface. However, the superintendent of the school system denies the student in the photo - a girl by the name of Lily - attends the district. In the photo, the words "Senior Slave Day" are written on the photo.
